Can I organise my own freight? +
We have seven freight operators in addition to an allocated EGS vehicle from which we can find you the best priced delivery. If however you wish to organise your own freight, we are more than happy for you to do so.
Can I book an overhaul/service job in advance to suit my needs? +
Yes, we understand that some customers have very small timeframes in which to organise maintenance. Booking ahead ensures we can accommodate your needs.

Will I be kept informed throughout the project process? +
Yes, one of our Production Coordinators will keep you informed on important information throughout the process. If you require any other information do not hesitate to contact one of our team members.

How do I know what spare parts I require? +
If you send us your part number, we can send you a product manual (bulletin) from which you can determine which parts you need to order. This can immediately be sent to you in PDF format.

Do you provide services worldwide? +
Yes, we will send service engineers and ship order worldwide, just get in touch to get booked in or place your order.

Shipment +
When will my order be shipped? +
Spares: Providing we have the parts in stock, your order will be shipped the same day. Any parts that are not immediately available for shipping can be ordered the same day from the manufacturers usually for delivery within 7-10 days.
Overhaul: With our quotation we will provide an anticipated time of delivery however we will be in touch throughout the project to inform you of all necessary information.
If the anticipated time of delivery is not suitable, do get in touch and we will try our hardest to meet your needs.
What if you don’t have the spare part that I need? +
Our spares department covers a total of 4000 square feet of designated spare space including over 8,250 locations; our dedicated Store Manager who works in close partnership with our Director of Spares, ensures as far as possible that our stock contains, above all, those items you regularly require.
If we do not have it however we will try our hardest to source the part that you need from one of our partners or suppliers in the shortest possible time.
When will my spares order be processed? +
Providing we have the parts are in stock and your order is placed before 13:00 (BST) your order will be shipped the same day.
Any parts that are not immediately available for shipping can be ordered the same day from the manufacturers usually for delivery within 7-10 days. In urgent cases, we may even be able to source the part that you need from one of our partners, which will enable us to get the product to you faster
How fast will my quotation enquiry be processed? +
Our aim is to turn round enquiries within a few hours of receipt with a detailed delivery schedule enabling operators a first class service to minimise any machine downtime. We can also guarantee a timely dispatch of parts from our UK logistics centre and can supply delivery of parts worldwide.
