2301D-ST
The 2301D control is a digital version of the 2301. The 2301D-ST model is designed specifically for the single valve steam turbine applications. It is a field-configurable control and hence can easily be used on a variety of turbine applications.
It is designed for applications between 300 and 32,000 RPM and has an actuator current range of 4-20mA or 20-200mA.
The 2301D-ST can carry out a number of basic functions:
• Speed control
• Start valve ramp
• Overspeed protection
• Shutdown logic
• Alarm logic
• Platform diagnostics
• Manual start, semi-automatic start, automatic start option
• Self-powered actuator option
Depending on the use of the application there are many other functions that the 2301 D-ST can carry out, such as process control, critical speed avoidance, droop control, and load sharing.

Peak 150
The Peak 150 is a low cost, compact digital control for single-valve or single-valve rack steam turbines.
It is designed to control a steam turbine driving a mechanical load and provides tight control of speed.
A key feature of the Peak 150 is that it is easy to operate with its RPM and status indicators and a front mounted keypad operator.
Other features:
• Input for 4-20mA remote speed control signal
• Dual speed control dynamics
• Overspeed trip test capabilities
• 16-bit, 12MHz microprocessor
• Easy set-up and tuning
• Circuitry for detecting the loss of either MPU signal

505
Digital Governors – programmable control system for steam turbine applications. 505E designates a system designed for extraction steam turbine control. 505 controls use different hardware and software systems than do the other 500 series controls. The 505 is distinguished by the use of a single memory board and is built into a standard cabinet.

ProTech
Electronic, triple-redundant overspeed monitoring and emergency shutdown device. Uses digital speed sensing, and two-out-of-three voting, with separate power sources for each speed-sensing unit.
ProTech-GII
The GII is an overspeed safety device designed to safely shutdown steam, gas, and hydro turbines of all sizes by accurately monitoring turbine rotor speed and acceleration via magnetic pickups.
It boasts a 12 millisecond response time and has a speed range of 0.5 to 32000 rpm.
Other features:
• Password security
• Modbus® communications
• Trip and test logs
• Internal frequency generator
ProTech TPS
The ProTech TPS is a safety PLC (programmable logic controller) with integrated overspeed protection designed to safely shutdown any plant process equipment upon sensing a safety issue.
It is a stand-alone safety device which accommodates 10 discrete or analog inputs per module, making a total of three, and one speed input per module.
Other than those of the GII, the TPS features include:
• Overspeed protection
• Acceleration and deceleration protection
• User-programmable logic
• Autotest routines
• Alarm logs
